How it works:

Order Placement: Select the appropriate repair or modification service you require. Add the service/ options to your basket and proceed to checkout. 

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for this email. The email will contain the address to which you need to send your controller for repair/modification. 

Posting Your Modules: Package your stick modules securely and send it to the provided address, we recommend a tracked service or drop it off in Liverpool locally if you prefer. Make sure to include your order number on or inside your parcel.

We don't cover the cost of posting your controller to our address, we do provide free return postage to UK customers on orders over £25.00.

We don't cover any international shipping costs including import fees.

Repair/Modification Process: Once we receive your stick modules, our expert technicians will notify you by email and for repairs 5-7 working days or mods 7-10 working days*, inspect it, carry out the specified repair/modification, and test it thoroughly to ensure everything is working perfectly. After completing the testing, we package it securely. Your controller will then be sent back to you using the service selected at checkout and you will be notified with the tracking information.
