INTERNATIONAL SEND IN CONTROLLERS:
The current UK threshold for import fees is £135.00, anything valued over this amount will incur an import fee.
We do not pay import fees for send in controllers, if we are asked to pay a fee your controller will be returned and order cancelled subject to our refund policy. Therefore please value your parcel accordingly.
SHIPPING PROVIDERS
We primarily use Royal Mail for shipping our orders.
Please note that once the shipping service provider marks your order as delivered, Nova Controllers will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages. It is recommended that you track your shipment and make necessary arrangements to ensure safe receipt of your order. If you have any concerns or issues with the delivery of your package, please contact the shipping service provider directly.
VAT CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
All controllers are shipped from our address in the UK. You may be responsible for additional fees related to customs duties and import taxes if we ship overseas. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any applicable fees. If customs duties or taxes are not paid and the package is returned to us, we will have to charge you for the cost of reprocessing and reshipping the order.

Our expedited service guarantees a custom controller build time of 3 weeks or less.
CUSTOM CONTROLLER STANDARD BUILD TIME INFORMATION
At the moment our current standard controller build time is 3-5 Weeks from the date your order was placed. This may increase during peak periods but we will always make sure we do everything we can to keep you informed & keep the process as quick as possible without effecting quality standards.
*Work time can increase in peak periods and due to parts availability.
