Refund Policy
We are so confident with our controllers that we offer 14-day returns in the event that you don't agree.
We will accept returns that are made within 14 days upon receipt of the controller. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price as well as return shipping. Shipping and express build fees are not refundable. Returns and exchanges will be rejected if the item or its packaging is damaged.
Return policy for send-in services
We cannot issue refunds for send-in services.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novacontrollers.com. Once accepted, our address will be provided for you to send controller back to us. Controllers sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund will be processed once controller is received and assessed.
Once a refund is accepted, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and this is out of our control.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations may only be accepted if the cancellation request was made within 24 hours after order. Cancellations beyond this period will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. A cancellation fee is in place to cover for the fees incurred in processing your order (card payment processing, stock shipping, etc.). Order cancellations of controllers that have been built but not shipped out yet or are in the process of building will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
