Refund Policy
We are so confident with our controllers that we offer 14-day returns in the event that you don't agree.
We will accept returns that are made within 14 days upon receipt of the controller. A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the Product price. Shipping and express build fees are not refundable. (We only take this 10% fee from the order value not from postage cost, if not shipped postage cost is fully refunded, once shipped postage costs are not refundable even if the item is returned)
Returns and exchanges will be rejected if the item or its packaging is damaged.
If you are returning your new build custom controller due to a fault, once we review the item and confirm the same, there will be no 10% deduction from the refund of the product price, (once shipped postage costs are not refundable even if the item is returned) (this paragraph does not apply to send in services)
Return policy for send-in services
We do not offer full refunds on send in services for controller repairs or modifications, we can only offer a partial or to repair or rectify any issues under warranty.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@novacontrollers.com. Once accepted, our address will be provided for you to send controller back to us. Controllers sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refund will be processed once controller(s) or module(s) are received and assessed.
Once a refund is accepted, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and this is out of our control.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellations can be accepted at anytime before your order is in progress, once the work has started we will charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover any labour costs and work already carried out thus far.
Order cancellations of controllers that are in the process of repair, modification and or custom controller building or have been built, will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. (We only take this 10% fee from the order value not from postage cost, if not shipped postage cost is fully refunded, once shipped postage costs are not refundable even if the item is returned)
