Our Process:
Every Controller is visually inspected and tested using the latest technology before any mods are carried out.
If we find there to be any issues, we will message you straight away whilst your mod is on hold.
We work on all agreed mods and again visually inspect then plug in and make sure everything is working as it should.
All controllers are in Game tested for 20 minutes.
After each and every mods all of our techs clean the work area using high quality products making sure they are ready for the next customer so no dirt or bacteria is passed on to the next!
We wipe the controller with our high-quality product killing 99.9% of bacteria.
We then go onto boxing your controller back up and sending it straight off with the local courier to get it back to you as quickly as possible!
We will be in touch if there is any reason why we cannot mod the controller after inspection.
Place an order and we will contact you with the address to send in your controller for modding, we are Liverpool based so if you would prefer to drop the controller off or collect upon mod completion this can be arranged post purchase.
The cost of you sending your controller in for a mod by post or courier is not covered by us
If sending in your controller by post, make sure you send it tracked as we are not responsible for your controller getting lost in the post.

Be aware that the 1, 2 or 4 Rear button mod will be the same as our Nova Synergy range and doing this mod removes the rumble motors,
Haptic triggers will no longer work with the mouse click triggers mod.
Hall Effects: Circularity can range from as low as 4.00% to anywhere up to 18% per stick. This is not a defect. Furthermore the magnet speaker in all PS5 controllers will be removed as it can affect the performance of some versions of Hall effect stick module.
