CONTROLLER SEND IN SERVICE GUIDE:

STEP 1: WHICH SERVICE DO YOU NEED?:

Identify the Issue or Desired Modification: Determine what repair or modification you need for your controller. This could be fixing stick drift, replacing buttons, adding back paddles, upgrading to TMR or Hall Effect sticks, etc. Contact us if you require further assistance!

STEP 2: PLACE YOUR ORDER:

Order Placement: Visit our repair or modifications pages and select the appropriate repair or modification service you require. Add the service/ options to your basket and proceed to checkout. Don't forget any discount codes.

STEP 3: ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL:

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Check your inbox and spam/junk folder for this email.

For UK Customers on orders over £25: the email will contain information about how you will obtain your Free postage Label to send you controller(s) into us.

Your Parcel must fit the following criteria:

Small Parcel:

  • 16cm Height
  • 45cm Length
  • 35cm Width
  • Weigh no more than 2kg

If your parcel does not fit the criteria the courier may not accept it or there may be an additional charge from the courier (which would be added to your order).

For UK orders below £25 & International Orders: The email will contain the address to which you need to send your controller for repair/modification. It will also contain important information regarding customs charges and import fees.

STEP 4: SEND IN YOUR CONTROLLER(S):

Posting Your Controller: Package your controller securely and send it to our address or drop it off in Liverpool locally if you prefer.

UK Customers: Your order number will be placed on the free postage label

We provide free UK Postage* (Royal Mail Tracked 48) for all orders over £25, which includes sending to us and returning to customers.

International Customers: Please put your order number on or inside the parcel.

We don't cover any international shipping costs including customs charges or import fees. Import fees are set by your local authority and out of our control, they are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

STEP 5: WE DO THE WORK, TEST AND RETURN YOUR CONTROLLER(S)

Repair/Modification Process: Once we receive your controller, our expert technicians will notify you by email and for repairs 5-7 working days or mods 7-10 working days*, inspect it, carry out the specified repair/modification, and test it thoroughly to ensure everything is working perfectly. After completing the testing, we package it securely. Your controller will then be sent back to you using the service selected at checkout and you will be notified with the tracking information.

*Work time can increase in peak periods and due to parts availability.
