Nova Gaming Controllers


At Nova Gaming Controllers, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.


1. Returns


You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and you need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


2. Refunds


Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund* after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

*A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the purchase price. Shipping and express build fees are not refundable. Returns and exchanges will be rejected if the item or its packaging is damaged. 


Return policy for send-in services

We cannot issue refunds for send-in services where the work has been completed we can only rectify any defects.


To start a return, you can contact us at support@novagamingcontrollers.com. Once accepted, our address will be provided for you to send controller back to us. Controllers sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Refund will be processed once controller is received and assessed.


Once a refund is accepted, please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and this is out of our control.


Order Cancellations


Order cancellations may only be accepted if the cancellation request was made within 48 hours after order. Cancellations beyond this period will be subject to a 10% cancellation fee. A cancellation fee is in place to cover for the fees incurred in processing your order (card payment processing, stock shipping, etc.). Order cancellations of controllers that have been built but not shipped out yet or are in the process of building will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

3. Shipping


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.


4. Faulty or Damaged Items


If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@novagamingcontrollers.com with details of the product and the defect. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the purchase price*, using the original method of payment.


5. International Returns


For customers outside the UK, please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process. These costs are non-refundable.
